MNCs advances in digitalization have changed the way one work and they live their lives. The long-term goal of this study is to better understands, organize restructure each digitalized knowledge system parallel employees’ work-life flexibility. This chapter aims investigate impact absorptive capacity flexibility industry. Previous research has primarily relied on organizational science that explored digital innovation specific industry did not treat as pre-requisite order for an employee achieve wellbeing or performance.
